The Leadership Team

The ATLP leadership team work together to ensure the day-to-day running of all ATLP schools, both at their individual primary and secondary academies and collectively across all seven partnership schools. Working alongside the trust board, central support team, local governing bodies and staff teams to serve their school communities, their focus is to maintain rigorous standards and lead improvement to make our schools better than they have ever been.

Our experienced leadership team bring a wealth of quality, talent and expertise, as practitioners in the classroom and as senior leaders and share a joint goal to raise standards and improve performance to give children the very best education possible. The team includes national and local leaders of education; a former Ofsted inspector; a member of the Teaching Schools Council and a president of Birmingham National Association of Headteachers.

Business Support Team

The Central Support Term (CST) is a team of employees led by the CEO, with expertise to support the development of learning and teaching and the administrative aspects of the Learning Partnership.

These specialists provide a high level of support to each school in order to share expertise and resources which will help us to improve further. The CST is responsible for providing a range of services including: Buildings, Business Development, Finance, HR, IT, Personnel, and PR & Communications.

By centralising specialist services, we can maintain high standards, become more effective and provide better value for money. We are already seeing a tremendous difference in all the Schools.
